And so I trundled out to the outbuilding this evening. I did two and a half miles on the treadmill, of which I ran one and a half. Can't wait until the flab turns to muscle once more!!!
I'll run again tomorrow before I go ride. I WILL walk the list when I'm at the faire site. We open in a month and I've not walked the list but once or twice. Then, joust rehearsal on Saturday and painting/cleaning up stages on Sunday. All in all, a pretty physical weekend ahead. If I keep chipping away, the physique will improve. Yes?
