NOT being broken.
How am I supposed to get back in fighting trim, to drop the extra weight, to hone my muscles, when my right shoulder is in darned near constant pain and my left shoulder is threatening to get in on that action? When my left foot - which, if it is sprained, is not as dire as I first thought - is prone to buckling should I step wrong? When my right wrist and left knee have decided to relive their glory days (read: jousting) complete with all the aches and pains and Rice Krispy crunchiness?
