I have a blistering headache, I had to traipse all over creation in my quest for frelling shoes to wear for K & A's wedding and my apartment is an utter disaster.

But that's okay. You know why?

Because at this time tomorrow, Don and I will own a house.

*hugs* Yes. Think about the fact that you will be in your own house by tomorrow. Feel better soon!

Yay for houses! *gives Headache-Away Magic Wand, normally $19.95 at your local retailer! We are not responsible for any destruction, disembowelment, or death that occurs with the use of this product.</>* I suggest you don't use the wand though, I'm not good at the whole wand thing.

huzzah for the new New Yorkers!

Well, well, well....::checks date and time::

Lady Homeowner! Congrats!

I myself just started the process. Put in the paperwork for Pre-Approval...we are already going crazy and, of course, all the places we saw before we filled out the paperwork are already gone! :flail:

Best of luck and blessings to both of you and your home!

Many thanks! I'm so desperately relieved that it is done. Now we have heaps of work ahead of us even as we head into the busiest season, but... ::sigh!::

Good luck to you! I hope you have a good mortgage consultant and realtor. Don and I found this made an absolutely enormous difference. You may want to lock in your rate ASAP; it's likely to be on the rise.

New houses will turn up on the market. You will find one that is right for you. Never fear!

Cheers!
