in which I am scatterbrained...
... and procrastinate-y.

Remember the Big Book Giveaway waaay back in June? I'm just now getting to sending out the remaining parcels. rengirlie87 and ratesjul, I've got yours boxed up and shall take them to the post office on the morrow. tarrinthetree - do you still want those you claimed? If not, no worries, but if you do just shoot me an email or message with your info. The only other address I'm lacking is that of jperegrine. Once I get through this lot, I can start on the next round. Seriously, guys, I have SO. MANY. BOOKS.

Gah! I'm sorry, I completely forgot! I'll shoot that over to you now.

(also, is there any way I can send you money for shipping?)

No worries! I didn't want you to think I was a stalkery-cyber-book-pusher, is all.

(nope! just share the literary love: if you're so inclined, pass the books along)

Aw. You are a lovely person. =)

I found a copy of The Treasure of the Sierra Madre at a used book sale for two dollars. I was originally intending to give it to my brother (he's a HUGE western fan, and he's always quoting that movie at me), but, not going to lie, I'm kind of tempted to keep it and read it myself.

...We'll see. His birthday isn't til July. =)

Oooo, SHINY!!!

A parcel of very cool things landed on my doorstep today. :)

In other news, the cost of shipping is EXORBITANT

YAY! I'm so glad you got them! And yes, the shipping was a bit ridiculous. Ah, well.
