I am seriously considering Twitter. I'm going to be away for a few days, and my iPhone's email is still not quite right (it receives but will not send. not even a little). What if I have madcap, crazy adventures? What if the excitement is so great it can only be conveyed in short, pithy comments? What if I befriend a dolphin, and she takes me to the city below the waves and introduces me to Aquaman (the real one, thank you - and if I have my say I'm going to go with the shirtless, long-haired-hook-handed version)? And - not that this is a given - what if Aquaman is all, "Well, the roster's not really set right now, but yeah - I was a member of the JLA. Hey... y'know, I know this guy - artist type, totally creative, bit of a pretty boy but kicks enough ass to balance it out - and I think you two would get on brilliantly."

And of course the adorable Kyle Rayner would completely fall for me, and I'd end up with my own power ring and I'd be GL of sector Wine Trail New York* and my construct costume would be totally cute and would make my hips look - wait for it - curvy yet slender

Now really: Wouldn't you want to KNOW?

So. Twitter. Do I get it or not? Is it difficult? Is it more trouble than it's worth? Is it going to interfere with my potential inter-galactic duties? Those Guardians are sticklers, especially of late.

*not that Oans use the particular language, but I was sorely tempted to write that in Interlac. In some small part of my mind I was thinking, "but that would be so COOL!" For the record, that's probably the same part of my mind that ensured I didn't have a boyfriend until I was twenty.

I feel: dorkydorky

Don't do it! No no no no.

I find it vastly annoying. Nothing interesting can be said in such little space.

I think Twitter is kind of fun. And it doesn't matter who follows you, because unless you follow them, you don't see their stuff. Plus, you can follow NPH and Felicia Day, and that makes a person feel special.

Twitter! I want to know what's going on with you, and if Twitter will make it easy, then good. I just said to myself as I opened my friends page, "where is Kelly? I haven't read anything from her in a while!"

Well, certainly if anything like *that* happens! Although, I'll still just check here...:-)
