I was spinning my wheels with my writing today. If only, thought I, there was someone who might offer a word of advice, a pithy little gem that would put everything in perspective.

Thanks, John Green!

I think we need to do that writing contest. "Start with you hating a fox, and end with nobody liking you. GO!"

I hate a fox. It is a sneaky fox, and a little bit smelly. I told my best friend, and they told all my classmates, many of them liking foxes the best out of all the animals in the world. Now, nobody likes me, because of one stinky, smelly fox.

*whistles innocently*

Oh my gods. I laughed so hard I cried! ::giggle:: I'm going to save this video on my hard drive and watch it any time I need a good "creative pep talk"!

I love John Green. So much. Y'know, in an "he's an adorable Teen Fiction author!" kind of way.

And if you ever have time to kill, you should visit the site and spend hours a few minutes going through the archives. So much happy!

Oh, also:

More of John Green's early work as read by brother Hank.
