I've been roaming the virtual halls of Netflix, randomly adding titles to my queue. Not because I'm interested so much as I have to add something.

So. Suggestions, please. Can be movies or television shows. The only thing I really don't go for is horror. Creepy/scary/gorey = nightmare-haunted Kel.

Have you seen A Very Long Engagement? It's a French movie with subtitles. It's kind of gory at the beginning, but then everything gets better and the movie's awesome! :D :D :D

I really like Audrey Tatou (sp?), and I remember hearing a piece about this on NPR when it first came out. I wasn't sure I'd like it. But you? You have the power! *skips off to add to queue*

Erm, it isn't brutally depressing, is it? I don't do well with bleak. I should have included that in my 'anything but...' disclaimer.

Hmm...well, it's not a standard happily-ever-after story--it does involve WWII and a woman searching for her supposedly-dead fiancé, after all, but it's beautifully told. The ending wasn't your standard happily-ever-after ending, but he doesn't go off and die either. I admit to kind of tearing up at the ending, but it was a good tearing up. You won't regret watching it at all. :D

I have lately become very fond of Grey's Anatomy - though I've never actually watched the season that is out on dvd.

Because I watched the last half of it again last night, Danny Deckchair. It's got Miranda Otto and...er...a bunch of other Australian people I've never heard of. It's sweet and funny and the end is adorable. Yay!
