In other news, lentils and brown rice is yummy, healthy AND comfort food. Oh, the joy!
In yet other news, I love eating and food far, far too much. I have to lose ten pounds (minimum) by the CP gig in Maryland.
Plan of action:
eat healthier (which I'd not been for the last 2-3 months) and in human (as opposed to Mogo*) sized portions
exercise more (see above; even if it is getting on the treadmill 3-4 times a week, and doing crunches and stretching, 'tis better than nothing)
try not to panic
*Me=really rather geeky. Which I just mispelled as 'gheeky.' I like it!
