I lolled in tumbled boxes of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince today. There is photographic evidence.

I'm still giggling.

I have to speak to Linda and Kim about emailing copies of those photos.
Wasn't that fun? Hehe..

I do wish there was a digital photo of my wallow!

Someone must have a scanner and can make a digital copy -- that picture has to be shared!

days end
At the end of the day, Carol was sorry that she didn't think to bring her digital camcorder in for the whole mini event of receiving the boxes. That would have been nice.

Hey and I thought that you'd get a kick out of this:
There was a memo sent down before I left. Scholastic said that stores were forbidden to let the media even photograph the boxes. The sealed boxes, mind you. It's a bit late since it was all over the nightly news the day before. One manager put it just right. Those people, at scholastic have to get over themselves. LOL

Is your store doing anything? at Midnight or what have you?

Thanks to Paramus Blue Laws, we can't be open past 11 p.m. We will, however, be opening at 7 a.m., and there will be giveaways and games and photo ops. Also, Mary Grandpre (the cover artist and interior illustrator) will be signing at beginning at 1 p.m.

As for myself? I shall be at rehearsal ALL FRELLING DAY. *harumph* Sunday, too... so even if I do go to get my book after an exhausting nine and a half hour rehearsal on the 16th, I can't begin reading it until Monday.
