I'm getting conflicting instructions on various websites...

Can any of you tell me how to butterfly a boneless pork roast? I'm willing to make it up as I go, but I'd rather do it right.


AND - never mind. I found a good description. All you have to do, essentially, is make a triptych.

Oh, well, that's easy. Just make a triptych. Anyone can do it!

(Yeah, I have no clue what a triptych might be.)
