Right, then. This Saturday morning I'm hosting the NY Ren. Faire steering committee meeting. I want to be Good Hostess and have a sort of brunch available (we're going on to a joust meeting at noon, so we really need to have some sort of sustenance at meeting-the-first).
I was thinking two kinds of quiche and some fresh fruit. Any other ideas/suggestions/recipes?
By the bye, I can't go with really bread-y sugar-y stuff (such as bagels or pastries), because one of the members is still on the Atkins diet.
