So I timed yet another workout to a Stargate SG-1 ep. It really is so very handy: 45 minutes, pretty much on the nose. Since I"m so out of shape, I've been alternating walking and running (on the treadmill; I'm not carrying a tv and a really long extension cord wherever I go). Today I got in four miles. Not too bad.
Now to go make dinner: stir fried shrimp with veggies and sauteed bok choy on the side. Mmmmmmm.
Tomorrow, I think, shall be veggie chili. Wednesday - cheese souffle and a big honkin' salad.
