Firstly: I have been watching season 4 SG-1 commentary as I work out. It is amusing and distracting and I get to run towards attractive men. Big motivator, that. Anyway, I am beyond delighted to find out that the theme music HAS LYRICS. Brill!!!!!!!

Secondly: Regarding said workouts, it is rather distressing that results are not immediately evident. Can someone get on that, please? Thank you kindly.

Thirdly: My house may have mice (oh, yes - they built a nest in the linen closet, seeing as how I so kindly supplied fluffy toilet paper for their use!) and water problems (why oh why must you go sit in that basement water, kitty? honestly!!!!) It may be drafty (um - if you're putting in replacement windows, don't you want to do it STRAIGHT?) and wee (Storage, please. That is all.) But it is warm and happy and having a woodstove just makes life that much happier. Too, it makes for purring contented fluffy fat kitties, flexing pink-padded paws and making small mewing sounds of happiness. Which is a joy all of its own.

And now - Justice League Unlimited. By said fire, and by said kitties. With loving hubby and a well earned dessert of fresh-baked cinnamon sugar cookie (though just the one). Screw my jiggly belly and out of shape - erm - shape. Life? She is good.

You know, that's a good idea.

And the SOOONG! XDD I got to listen to it over the phone, after listening to Cretey sing it incessantly over AIM. <333

I'm in love with your house. May I please come visit you for, oh, say, two or three days in early august and go to the Renfaire?

Btw, what are your kitties' names?
Kelladyjoust on January 8th, 2005 07:49 pm (UTC)
You're lovely to say so, never having seen it. It is a work in progress. And yes, you really should come visit. Your folks know I'm not a crazed madwoman type, seeing as they've met me!

And my kitties are Jilly (as in Coppercorn) as Isabeau (as in 'Ladyhawke').

What wonderful names! We just bought Ladyhawke on DVD for my mom for xmas. :D

My dad said that if I get a job this summer (which I am) and come up with the flight money and you were ok with me for a couple of days that it's fine with him. :P

Veryvery! Only I felt like a Bad comic book geek, as I had to say a few times "Who is that? Vigilante? Have I ever heard of him? Shining Knight? Oh wait, him I know." ::sigh:: They're going to revoke my geek card.

Hehe, I've learned to keep my mouth shut when watching with dad and little brother, they rag on me about it. But they were very excited tonight when I ran across the Martian Manhunter in Sandman.

I was absurdly excited about that, too. Just wait until you get to the last graphic novel... that's all I'm sayin'.

Heh. Did you see the episode with the updated loser members of the Superfriends?
Kelladyjoust on January 8th, 2005 07:51 pm (UTC)
Brill! And not a little bit sad.

I've not seen as many eps as I would like, mind you. But I've seen a good Booster Gold ep and one with Solomon Grundy, so life is pretty good overall.
